Blocked drains, cleared properly

A drain that gurgles, empties slowly or comes back up is telling you where the blockage is. We clear kitchen and bathroom drains, floor gullies, downpipes and the main line out to the street, using mechanical rodding first and high-pressure water when the pipe needs a proper clean rather than a hole punched through the grease.

You get told what we found and why it blocked — grease, wipes, scale, roots or a broken section — so it does not simply happen again next month.

How a call-out works

• You describe what is happening and where; we say when a crew can be there.
• On site we locate the blockage and explain the options and the cost, in writing, before any work starts.
• The drain is cleared, run under load and checked. You see it working before we leave.
• Access points are left clean and closed.

If the blockage points to a damaged pipe, we say so before touching it. Repair is a separate decision, quoted separately, and never started on the spot without your agreement.
