Refund policy

This site charges nothing. There is therefore nothing to refund for anything done on this page. The rules below apply to amounts paid to us directly at a later stage, and they are set out here so they are known before any payment is made.

Before work begins

Where a deposit is paid to secure an order or a booking, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin the work. We issue the refund within 10 business days of the written request, to the same account the payment came from.

When the fault is ours

If we cannot deliver what was agreed, for any reason attributable to us, every amount you paid is returned in full, with no deduction and no administrative fee.

Cancelling part way

When work is already under way, the refund is the part not yet spent on materials or labour, with the deduction itemised in writing before payment.

How to ask

Write to contact@desentupidorahidrotubousa.online with the order reference. We confirm receipt the same business day and tell you the date the refund will be issued.
